Dashed Green That Shows Up When Drawing in Autocad

Lines showing up Dashed instead of Solid I've been drawing in CAD since forever and my line (when drawing one) always shows up solid.
But NOW it's showing up dashed .....
Is there a setting to change this?

Re: Lines showing up Dashed instead of Solid make sure the line is continuous & not dashed, hidden, dots, etc.

the way it shows up is more like when you click and drag to the upper left. that type of dashed style. it's not really a line .....

But when I draw a line now, I get this dashed thing that isn't a line ... it's more like a ghostly representation of a line ...
it seems to me like a line display setting. Nothing to do with layers, linetypes or anything like that. Seems to me like I changed a system variable acidentally .......

AFAIK, changes to this would be a display driver thing.

What version are you working in? What is your LTSCALE variable set to? if in 2006-7 are you using the DYNamic drawing features? What is the current resolution of your video card?Bruce Jones
